Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must contact us first at info@virelshop.com.
Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged. In such cases, we will cover the shipping cost and arrange the return or replacement.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is delivered safely.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, not working properly or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In such cases, it is our responsibility to provide a replacement and arrange the shipment of a new item at no additional cost to you.
Refunds are not available in these cases: the only remedy offered will be a replacement with a fully functional product.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Non-accepted Return / Refund Requests
We do not accept return or refund requests in the following cases:

Delays in shipping or order processing: Processing and delivery times may vary due to high order volumes, carrier delays, customs, weather, strikes, or supplier-related issues; these factors are beyond our control and do not constitute valid grounds for cancellation or refund. Customers are required to wait for delivery.

Change of mind after the order has been placed.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at info@virelshop.com within 30 minutes of order confirmation.
After this timeframe, the order will already be in processing and cancellations will no longer be possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
